PERENYI ADAM provides professional hairdressing services and curated haircare products.
All services and products are provided in accordance with the laws and regulations of the
Republic of Mauritius.
2. Disclaimer
All information on this website is provided for general informational and cosmetic care purposes
only. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Results from hair services and haircare products may vary depending on individual hair type,
condition, lifestyle, and environmental factors. PERENYI ADAM does not guarantee specific results.
All products are for external use only. Customers are responsible for following usage instructions
and performing patch tests where applicable.
3. Product Orders
All product orders placed through this website are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Returns and Refund Policy
Customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 days from the date
of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
4.1 Return Conditions
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The product must be returned within 28 days from the original delivery date
- The buyer is responsible for all return delivery costs
- Proof of purchase is required
4.2 Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products returned after 28 days
- Products not in original condition or packaging
If a product has been opened, used, or tampered with, no refund will be issued.
4.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time
after the returned product has been received and inspected.
5. Hairdressing Services and Complaint Procedure
We strive to provide the highest standard of professional hairdressing services.
If you are not satisfied with a service, the following procedure applies:
- Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of the service
- Complaints must be made directly to the salon, in person or in writing
- Clients must allow PERENYI ADAM the opportunity to assess and, where appropriate, rectify the issue
No refunds are provided for hairdressing services once completed, unless required by law.
Adjustments or corrective services may be offered at our discretion.
6. Public Liability Insurance
PERENYI ADAM holds valid Public Liability Insurance in accordance with
applicable laws in Mauritius. This insurance covers incidents arising from professional
salon activities, subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PERENYI ADAM shall not be liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, products, or services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, product descriptions, and designs,
is the intellectual property of PERENYI ADAM and may not be reproduced or used without prior
written permission.
9. Governing Law
