For me, curly hair is not a trend—it is a lifelong love.
I will not reveal a great secret when I say that my own hair was once curly. As a teenager, I grew it long; it looked striking, yet it came with countless challenges. I struggled with it and, at the time, I truly disliked my hair. Over the years, however, I learned how to tame the chaos—how to properly care for it, treat it, and style it. From that moment on, I fell in love with curls, and what once felt like a burden became a unique signature admired by many.
Today, time has taken its course and most of my hair has disappeared, leaving me with a shorter style 😊—but my understanding of curls has only deepened.
Naturally, my wife also has curly hair, and with the arrival of our children, we have experienced every possible phase together: hair loss, dryness, breakage, and everything in between. I know firsthand how challenging these periods can be and how difficult curly hair can feel to manage—both temporarily and on a daily basis.
Based on nearly three decades of experience and thanks to the many guests who have visited my salons, I can confidently say this: those blessed with curly hair are among the luckiest people in the world.
Many hairdressers avoid curly hair because it demands exceptional expertise and patience. Every head of hair is different, which is why the right products, precise techniques, and professional knowledge are absolutely essential. Most importantly, curly hair must be treated, cared for, and styled in a completely different way than straight hair.
